Hi all! I just turned 41 years old a couple weeks ago (a couple days after my first IVF transfer) and I'm 5 weeks pregnant today! We had our first baby at age 38 using Clomid and TI. Imagine my surprise when it just did NOT happen very easily the second time around. We ended up doing several medicated TI cycles, 6 IUI cycles, and then moved on to IVF. We are very lucky to have had a great response on our first round (12 retrieved, 10 mature, 9 fertilized, 6 made it to nice blastocysts). We transferred 2 and froze 4. I'm still nervous and waiting impatiently for my first ultrasound at 7 weeks. Looking forward to learning for about all of you!!
