Hi all!
A little about me...
My DH and I have been TTC for 3 years. We found out over the summer that my tubes are blocked and that IVF was our only option for having a child. In November we had our first IVF cycle that ended in an early miscarriage. Shortly after that I felt a strong tugging on my heart that I wanted to start an inspirational post for us to pray for each other and our future families. I just started my first FET cycle yesterday so I thought now was a good time to share what’s on my heart. Please know that I am not a Pastor or the head of any religious group, just a daughter of God who is struggling just like all of you and wants to share the hope I find in Him.
The first verse that I wanted to share is Romans 15:13 “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace.” This verse was my verse of the day on the day I met my IVF doctor. It spoke to me because as scared as I was I felt like this was finally the first sign of hope I had in making my dreams of having a child a reality. I’ve leaned on this verse time and time again since starting this whole process because I do believe that even through the struggles I still find joy and peace because of my faith. I pray each night for my little snowflake babies and thank the Lord for being with me and my DH through all of this. I pray for each of you as you go through your struggle and triumphs as well. My prayer is that you will each find joy, peace and hope through this board.
Have a great day – I look forward to continuing to share with all of you through this cycle and beyond.
I would love for others to share and to have this prayer chain continue but I ask that no negative comments towards others beliefs be put on this post. If you don’t agree with what being shared that’s fine and if you just want to read and never post or share that’s fine too but I really felt this was something that could be helpful to many of the women on this board."
