  DS had extra fluid in his sack. The pedi was not to concerned and said it normally resolves itself. It did fix itself without a problem, I don't remember exactly when but it was before 6 months.
  The pedi mentioned if it did not fix itself it was a simple procedure to fix it.

  No advice but your title made me laugh. And, just yesterday, my 4 year old asked what the "bubbles" were that attach to his penis. I'm still laughing.

  My boy also had fluid in his sack. Our pedi said it will continue to decrease as he gets older.

  SS had this, and it did not self-correct. They made a small incision and drained the excess fluid and he got to be babied and wear sweat pants for a couple of weeks. So that's pretty much your worst case scenario.
