36 weeks! This is my second so I should have seen the obvious. Got dragged to hospital by DH. Contractioms went from 8 to 5 min but I had a stroke so they stopped my contractions. OB said lets go not worth risk to you. So freaking scary. All my family was here for Christmas and packing to leave. Ultrasound didnt show breathing, rushed me back, got the spinal but all was well. We had nothing done but ot was all good. Guess I should have joined the Dec 2015 club!

You had a stroke?! Is that normal?! Did you have pre-e or high BP or something?

I had a stroke at 28 weeks. No fun. Been out of work since Halloween.

Was your stroke pregnancy related? And did you regain your functions? That sounds like so much on top of being a new mom. I will be thinking about you!
