I know there are a lot of Nausea discussions. But I was wondering. So, I started my BAD 24/7 nausea within the last few days. I find that heavier foods help me SO much more than crackers, pretzels, cheese...etc. Like, I will feel really bad until I can get a grilled cheese sandwich in my stomach or sausage biscuit. It might be a little hard as I start to eat something heavy and I have to breath through it. But once I eat it, I feel so much better. The only hard part is EARLY in the mornings, but I suffer for hours until I can finally choke something heavy down. (I am also SO SO SO weak and dizzy in the mornings) Anyone else like that? Any other food ideas besides the little snacks that easy to make?

Re: Heavy Foods Help Nausea?
I'm a little worried about first trimester weight gain as I gain weight incredibly easy. But it's between this white food diet or eating two bites of a salad before I start gagging, so I'll take it. I snack on Skinny Pop during the day and that seems to help.
