Update still no baby -I'm going to be an Aunt!

Baby still isn't here. She's been in labor for over 30 hours and pushing for over 4. Any positive thoughts for her would be appreciated. If he's not here soon then they will do a c-section, which isn't the end of the world, but after all her hard work I would hate that for her.

My SIL texted me this morning to say her water broke and that she's in labor! I'm so excited!! I'm officially going to be an aunt soon!

Thanks everyone! Her water broke at home, but she wasn't dilating. They had to give her pittosin (sp?) which has helped. I know she's hoping to avoid a csection.

Me either! Baby has no intention of making an arrival though. I just got word that she's off for a c section. Luckily it's not an emergency situation so she will be awake and my brother can be with her.

She's just now going back, the OR was backed up and she had to wait almost 2 hours. Good news is the baby is happy and doing well. My SIL is stressed and annoyed, but healthy.
