Intro :)

Hey guys :) I've been a SAHM for a little over 2 years now. Before that I babysat out of my home, so was still at home. I currently have 2 boys, ages 2 and 1 and a little one on the way, due to arrive in May! I also babysit for family during the week.

While I have a set schedule that generally goes as planned, I struggle so much with housework! I try my hardest but my house is still a mess and I'm always out of clothes! I think it's the pregnancy though, because I kept up before I was pregnant lol

    Welcome! I've been one for almost 3 months, my little guy will be 3 months on Christmas.

    He's fascinated by lights, he stares at the tree. He "asked" Santa for a new pacifier, a toy, and new jammies.

    Welcome! It's a slow board :(
    My kids are 5, 3 & 8 mos. yes, keeping up with housework is HARD! Hubby works 48 hrs/wk & when he's home wants to spend time with us (understandable!) not do housework. He does his own laundry, though, so that helps. And no extra $ to hire an occasional housekeeper. I just do my best. We run out of clothes sometimes, too! I've gone commando many a time!

    Haha I'm in the "sneeze pee" stage of pregnancy and I swear commando is my new way of life! It's nice to hear that my "slacking" is normal. I'd just rather play with my kids than do dishes and laundry, you know?

    That's the best :) my first was 4 months old at his first christmas and my second was 3 weeks. My oldest was super into the lights :) he loved the tree that year! Last year it freaked him out that all of a sudden we all had trees growing in our living rooms lol this year he asked Santa for his own tree for his room :) Santa will deliver!

    I've been a SHAM for 7 years now, and in that whole time I don't think the laundry has ever really been "done". Keeping up with the housework is a challenge for me too. I think that our house gets messy quickly because we're at home, living in it. When I was at work all day and didn't have kids, there was no one to mess it up!
    It's great that you'd rather play with your kids than do housework. You won't regret the time you spend with them!

    That's adorable! I borrowed a table top 3 foot tree this year. I hurt my shoulder and dragging all our decorations wasn't possible.

    That's adorable! I borrowed a table top 3 foot tree this year. I hurt my shoulder and dragging all our decorations wasn't possible.
    Santa delivered :)
