How are you feeling? Pretty good. I feel like I get tired more easily already. Also I have a canker sore the size of Texas and that reminded me I used to get them when I was pregnant with DD. Yuck. Also my skin feels really dry and my contacts are driving me crazy. I've had to wear my glasses for two days straight now b/c I can't deal with them.
Doing anything baby related today? I did google cute Valentine's day ideas for an announcement on FB. Otherwise, just bumping.
Rants/Raves/Randoms? DD has been getting over a fever for 3 days. Crossing my fingers that we are finally out of the woods with that as of this morning. This morning DH said he felt terrible so there's another baby I have to take care of the rest of the week. Also there are a bunch of men cleaning out our basement that flooded and basically collapsed in on itself on Christmas morning. F*ck this weather is all I can say.

GTKY: What are your plans for NYE? None yet. I think probably staying in and watching the ball drop from home. Might go over to a neighbor's house if my family can recover from the crud. Probably will throw some hot wings and a sparkling mocktail in the mix.
How are you feeling? Good actually however I haven't been sleeping well the last few days.
Doing anything baby related today? Calling doctor to schedule blood test.
Rants/Raves/Randoms? Peed on sticks again because I tested so early and got VFL. The test strips are darker but the Curved FRER isn't any darker than yesterday. I just want this to be a viable pregnancy.
Questions? Is it okay to continue drinking black tea/white tea.
GTKY: What are your plans for NYE? We are hosting a NYE bash. It's going to be hard trying to hide the fact I can't drink.
A friend I have told said to dump a beer bottle and put juice/water in it. I don't know if that's a good idea.

How are you feeling? Feeling pretty good. My knee has been bothering me for a couple days and it's making it hard to play with DD. It tough to get up and down a lot! Fatigue is starting to set in, thankfully DD was tired yesterday afternoon and we took an awesome nap together!
Doing anything baby related today? Making a wish list of all the diapers I'll need!! I've missed looking at CDs lol.
Rants/Raves/Randoms? Made an appointment with a midwife and I'm really excited about it! DH is not too thrilled that I'm looking into having a med free birth this time. He knows it's my decision, but right now he can't wrap his mind around it. A friend gave me some books on hypnobirthing techniques and pain management, she's studying to be a doula, so I'm hoping they will help both of us see what will be best for our family.
Questions? Any other mom's plan on CDing their baby or already CD other children? I did with DD1, but not until she was 7 months old. This time I plan on doing it from day 1!

How are you feeling?
-starting to feel small waves of nausea.
Doing anything baby related today?
-I called my OB's office. My OB had told me she wanted me to come in ASAP for bloodwork once I got a BFP considering our past loss. I called and my normal nurse was out for vacation. The stand in nurses told me it's too early to come in and that my levels would be low. I explained the situation and practically had to prove my knowledge on the whole situation and explain why my dr wanted me in so soon. The nurse agreed but I could tell she was reserved. Don't you hate it when someone judges or assumes something about you before knowing anything?! I could tell she thought I was just an excited pregnant lady who wanted to come in ASAP just for funsies.
I need testing done ASAP to check progesterone. If it is low, I need to start my supplements. She basically asked me 100 questions before being like "oh okay! I can tell that you and your dr have a plan and you know what your talking about!" Grr...
Rants/Raves/Randoms? just trying to stay positive. Starting to feel like crap so that makes me happy considering I didn't have hardly any symptoms last time.

How are you feeling? Fine which is making me nervous because I've been feeling quite nauseous for the last few days.

Rants/Raves/Randoms? Had one gush of bright red blood yesterday which was the day of my expected period. Nothing since but of course I'm worried. I won't be able to see a dr until I get home next week to get blood tests done so I'm consulting dr Google for now. Apparently light bleeding is quite common, especially around the time your period would normally have come. I'm still anxiously awaiting some blood tests though.

How are you feeling? Not terrible.. the fatigue is setting in, unless that's from the cold i have.. @TheTamedShrew I also have really dry skin. Wasn't sure if it was pregnancy related or not. I've had basically constant indigestion or heartburn for days.. not sure which one, feels like a combo of the two. I don't have as much of a "pulling" feeling in my abdomen, but still a little

In my previous M16 group we only update once a week and it was when our week switched over.
So for example... Today I am 3w5d and I will switch over to the next week on Wednesday so I post on the "Ticker change- Wednesday" post.

Doing anything baby related today? I made my first appointments! One to check my progesterone levels due to early loss last time for next week (at around 5 weeks) and my 8 week appointment on my birthday! Jan. 28th. Fingers crossed!

Doing anything baby related today? I called the OB to set up a regular/ first appointment. I am changing doctors because of new insurance. It is great because I can go to the doctor who delivered my first baby again. I love her.

How are you feeling?
I keep having those pulling cramps which are very annoying and make me nervous! Oh and I keep forgetting things! I set stuff down and then forget where I put it or I start doing something and move on to something else before I finish. It sucks! And I am TIRED!

I still can't believe this is real! We have only been trying since October and it came as a total shock. I really want to tell everyone because I know they will be happy for us but I think we are going to wait until 12 weeks just in case. It is hard to talk to anyone other than my husband because I am scared I will blab!

We always go to a party at SIL's house and they will all be watching me closely to see if I drink. They did it over the holidays too so I know they will. I saw that an alcohol free wine exists called FRE, I might try to get that. Any other ideas??
