Lactation cookies?

Do the cookies really help? What are your favorites? Anyone ever bake them yourself and get good results?

    No idea if they help but I've bought the Milkmaker's Oatmeal Chocolate Chip and they are delicious!  I had a supply dip about a month ago and upped liquids, nursing frequency and hand-expressing, and that seems to have brought it back up.
