Good luck ladies I'm having to leave now... Tw loss

Well ladies after the initial excitement of our BFP on 12/11 I began spotting on 12/18 then on the 1st anniversary of our son Noah's stillbirth 12/22 we had an appt where at nearly 6w my uterus showed as empty even though there was a positive pg test. Went for betas the were at 199. Went again on 12/24 betas rose to 320.5 not quite doubling then 12/25 passed lots of clots and blood follow up betas yesterday at the ER dropped into the 200s and u/s still shows nothing so we think we have at least ruled out ectopic follow up with our dr on Tuesday to see what we are going to do from here. I'm heartbroken over losing two sweet babies within one year of each other. We are missing our son and our little snowflake so much. Wishing you all much better luck than we have had.

TTC since May 2014.
Aug 2014 BFP, EDD April 22, 2015. Low progesterone, started suppositories. Loss at 5w6d.
Nov 19, 2015 BFP at 13 dpo, EDD July 29, 2016. MMC discovered 12/29 (9+4). Natural miscarriage 1/16 (12+1).
AMH results 0.42, 1.2; FSH 12.1, AFC 10, dx DOR.
RPL testing results normal. Nurse recommended progesterone suppositories in TWW.
Clomid + trigger + TI cycle August 2016 - failed. Thin lining.
Femara + trigger + TI cycle December 2016 - failed. Thin lining.
Short LP (8 days).
Acupuncture & Chinese herbs starting January 2017, lengthened LP to 10 days
