I'm new to posting but like many I have been lurking the site and community for a while. My husband and I are both 24 ttc and after a year and two months on our own we wanted to get checked out. My husband is A+ but I have low progesterone and had a lap to remove ends and some polyps. From what I have read I have lots of symptoms of Pcos but my RE has not diagnosed it yet. We did our first cycle in October and did letrozole with follistim and trigger with timed intercourse and got a BFN we had one mature follicle at a 17 at trigger. And then we took a month off due to cysts. This month I did the same protocol and I had four follicles measuring 15.6, 20, 20.8 and a 21.9. I'm now 6dpt and I am testing out the trigger. I'm know that I'm definitely at risk for multiples but my RE did to even mention it to me. Is there something I'm missing that would make not worry?

The odds of multiples is lower than the odds of getting pregnant in the first place (which isn't the most encouraging in terms of getting pregnant but is nice to know if you're worried about multiples). Based on what I've seen, my RE is fine triggering with 4, but probably wouldn't do more than that. I like the idea of having multiple follies because it makes me feel like I have more of an opportunity for at least one to work out. And I'm actually kinda thinking I wouldn't mind twins because it's like 2 for the price of 1!
How are you getting through your tww? I decided to test out the trigger this time and I think it is just making it harder and longer! Praying for you to have a BFP too!
