Brown to light brown spotting

Hi ladies, I'm 8 weeks pregnant from IVF so I'm really holding onto any good news I can get.

I have been having some major brown spotting since last night when I wipe and pee.. It's definitely discharge or clumps of brown discharge- from what I've read this is very common with IvF but I'd love to hear success stories from women who have had this as understandably I'm freaking out a bit.

    Did you have any red bleeding?
    I have a lot of clotty like brown discharge from a subchorionic hematoma.
    Was there any explanation for your bleeding at your ultrasound?
    Babys heart beat was good and strong and growth exactly on point for 6 weeks at the time.
    Trying to take it easy and hope this all drains out or reabsorbs.

    I am not an IVF expert, but spotting can be normal.  However, since you are probably on synthetic progesterone you might want to call your doctor to see if they want to check your progesterone.  I hope it stops and everything is ok.  Congratulations on your pregnancy.
