High HCG levels at 7 weeks 4 days!

I just had my HCG level checked and it was over 178,000. The nurse said that was really high. She said it could be an indicator that I'm having multiples or that I'm farther along then i think, (which is impossible.) Was wondering if anyone else has had their levels checked around this time.

High is good and could be multiples that early but wait till the u/s

I haven't ever had my levels checked with my other pregnancies so just not sure what to make of them. Was re-checked yesterday and they were 210,000. I have an ultrasound on Thursday.

Lurking- with my last pregnancy I had extremely high betas and my doctor did an us to check for molar pregnancy. I only had one baby in there despite the very high betas. Betas are really not an indicator of multiples.
