Re: WTO Friday - Christmas Morning Edition!
CD: 1
WAYDTGKTFU: all of the things
R/R/CS: it's day 1, and Christmas. Nuff said.
GTKY: Which holiday song could you listen to a million times? OR, which one would you prefer to never hear again?
I love anything by Straight No Chaser.
CD: 8 and it finally seems like AF is on the go
WAYDTGKTFU: bbt and pnv
R/R/CS: it's Christmas and my weekday alarm for 515 went off and I couldn't go back to sleep and DS heard me up so we had a very, very early morning for no reason. My husband is switching to afternoon shift at work next week so he has been staying up late to switch his sleep schedule so he won't be up for a while. So my son is looking at presents under the tree and not happy he can't open them.
GTKY: Which holiday song could you listen to a million times? OR, which one would you prefer to never hear again? The barenaked ladies/Sarah maclachan "God rest ye merry gentlemen / we three kings" is a good one. I can't stand "do they know it's Christmas?"
DS: 5 years old

CD: 4
WAYDTGKTFU: af should be leaving today.
R/R/CS: Merry Christmas!
GTKY: Which holiday song could you listen to a million times? OR, which one would you prefer to never hear again? I love Baby, It's Cold Outside. I know it's a terrible song, but the music is so catchy.
@br0co1ii so sorry about cd1 on Christmas.

BFP: 3/8 - CP
Month/Cycle: 2/2
CD: 7
WAYDTGKTFU: saving up for CD-11-15 to BD, I've given up temping after month 1- I know I know, but it was stressing me out and never seemed accurate.
R/R/CS: Our HVAC went out yesterday. No power- no blown fuse. I called a repairman today and he is coming out Sunday to take a look. After I told DH about the appt he asked why they couldn't come today (on Christmas when we will be at his parents for much of the day!). My DH is useless when it comes to home repairs and I'm fed up with taking care of everything! If he wanted it taken care of ASAP he should have called the repairman himself, rather than questioning my methods! </rant> Luckily it's been 70 here, so I'm not concerned about the temp of the house, just my boiling frustration with my DH!
GTKY: Which holiday song could you listen to a million times? OR, which one would you prefer to never hear again? Much like @ChelleCPAI love Baby, It's Cold Outside! I also never grow tired of All I want for Christmas is You by Mariah Carey!
Month/Cycle: 4
CD: Benched although I started temping again just to stay in the habit
WAYDTGKTDU: nothing right now
R/R/CS: DH works today so I got up and made breakfast for his office. We get to go see family when he gets off work tomorrow. Ohh and we woke up to a frosty Christmas
GTKY: Which holiday song could you listen to a million times? OR, which one would you prefer to never hear again? I like many White Christmas, Carol of the Bells, and Baby It's Cold Outside
DS1 -- 9/30/2016
CD:4
WAYDTGKTFU: checking cm and cp, pnv, hio, I think adding opks and bbt this month
R/R/CS: This is the first month that pregnancy announcements have made me really sad. And there's quite the abundance of them right now. Good thing I can just get drunk.
GTKY: Which holiday song could you listen to a million times? OR, which one would you prefer to never hear again? "Oh Holy Night" is my favorite classic. A million years ago I got a Christmas album from Victoria's Secret and there are actually a lot of neat songs on it. "I want an alien for Christmas" might be my fave.
CD: 21
WAYDTGKTFU: PNVs, OPKs, temping
R/R/CS: chart is crazy and DH wouldn't BD even though I stayed up super late until the ILs went to sleep. He hadn't taken a shower. Frustrated!
GTKY: I could listen to the Nutcracker soundtrack endlessly. And I do listen to it off season!
TTC #2: April 2018 ~~ BFP: May 2018 ~~ EDD: January 2019
@bestnameever That sucks about your HVAC. Sorry you have no power. If you can bear it, maybe the ILs will let you stay until Sunday?
Month/Cycle: 10/6
CD: 13
WAYDTGKTFU: Femara, Ovidrel, sex EOD, kind of charting/temping
R/R/CS: DH got up to give me my Ovidrel shot, then went right back to sleep. I would've done it myself, but I wouldn't have squeezed my abdomen as hard as I would like.
GTKY: Which holiday song could you listen to a million times?
Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy- any version would do...probably.
3/2015: Start TTC
8/2015: PCOS Dx
4/2016: BFP, Loss (4+5)
2/2017: BFP
Honorable mentions: Biggest IF support sister, sweetest bumpie, most genuine, LFAFer you'd most like to visit, great things come in small packages, pocket sized babe
@Megzb510 - hopefully you can all get a nap in later? Is your son of an age where a nap is at all something you can hope for?
@ChelleCPA - FX that AF is gone!
@bestnameever - I would have been so frustrated in your shoes as well!
@AmMcc12 - sorry your DH has to work today; I imagine that's a bummer!
@emelee2 - *hugs* I feel you on the pregnancy announcements this month.
TTC #2: April 2018 ~~ BFP: May 2018 ~~ EDD: January 2019
@hunnybunny17 - shots are no fun; glad your H helped you out.
TTC #2: April 2018 ~~ BFP: May 2018 ~~ EDD: January 2019
CD: 13
WAYDTGKTFU: PNV, charting, and husband is about to "take a shower" right when I conveniently am upstairs "folding laundry" so we can HIO real quick while the in-laws are here.
R/R/CS: I'm feeling this wonderful sense of calm about TTC for the first time. I'm actually really glad that I didn't get KU on my first cycle, and I think I'm starting to get a real sense of how my cycle works. I might also be a little relieved that I'm free to drink ALL the holiday beer. I would be pretty salty if I weren't enjoying a mug of stout along with H and BIL this morning.
GTKY: Which holiday song could you listen to a million times? OR, which one would you prefer to never hear again? I made this GTKY because I was listening to "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" and I was thinking "oh my goodness I could listen to this song on repeat all day." Such good answers today! @emelee2 I hadn't thought of "I Want An Alien For Christmas" in years! That's a great one.

WAYDTGKFU: temping
R/R/CS: H wants a girl- and is convinced the Shettles method works... Meh. So I told him 4 months of "Shettles" and then no more. My biggest problem is I have no freaking clue when I O! So we can't HIO all the time because he doesn't want to do it on O day. I'm thinking I'll use OPKs next month, and give him two more months of this lol
GTKY: I have to second @br0co1ii, give me Straight No Chaser all day.
DS1 -- 9/30/2016
CD: 13
WAYDTGKU: Trying to have more sex, but generally failing. It's not easy to be discrete at DH's parents' house. Frustrated!
R/R/CS: I didn't expect to O until much later, but I got my first positive OPK yesterday. Our timing is going to suck if I am in fact Oing. Since I'm not temping, I won't know for sure. I suppose I could have multiple surges, although I never have before. Overall, I'm not freaking out as much as I thought I would about not temping, but I don't recommend it!
@DCHokiemom, I hate those Clearblue digi OPK's! I can get a flashing smiley for DAYSSS... SO confusing. I just stick to Wondfos now.
GTKY: I would be really happy to never hear anything by Manhattan Steamroller ever again.
Me: 30 & DH: 37

R/R/CS: Christmas at the in laws. Sister in law with newborn. Just trying not to cry. We ate cold Christmas dinner bc everyone was so busy cooing over it like she was baby Jesus. Over it.
GTKY: Which holiday song could you listen to a million times? OR, which one would you prefer to never hear again? Can't even think strait to answer this now. Don't cry. Don't cry. Don't cry.

R/R/CS: Only one inappropriate pressuring comment yesterday about getting pregnant. I successfully ignored it.
GTKY: Which holiday song could you listen to a million times? OR, which one would you prefer to never hear again?
I love almost all Christmas music! I feel like I didn't get to hear it enough this year. I'm sure I'm one of the few that think that, haha.
CD: 5
WAYDTGKTFU: nothing yet
R/R/CS: I have a superstar family member to report. My support (other than my amazing DH...couldn't have asked for more from him) came from the most unlikely of places.
DHs cousin has an 8 week old baby, one of 5 new ones in the family this year.
About 5 minutes into this gathering, we were thrown the question... "When are you going to have kids?" by HER husband. She quickly said "You know they probably hate that question just as much as we did." And then she said quietly to me "If anybody else here makes you uncomfortable with those questions, I've got your back."
Thank you, sweet lady. I don't know if she saw it on my face, struggled with it herself, or what, but it was what I needed to get through tonight.
GTKY: Which holiday song could you listen to a million times? OR, which one would you prefer to never hear again? I love anything Michael Buble holiday.
Merry Christmas, sweet bump ladies. I hope we all have an extra stocking or two up on our mantles next year.
