1) how far along are you? 2) most likely gas. Most moms, from what I've been reading in other threads, don't feel baby move until 12-13 weeks at the earliest, IF you have had previous children. As a FTM, I JUST started feeling flutters about a week ago at 15weeks along.
Honestly it's probably just gas. Even having experienced prior pregnancies, it's still early to feel movement at 12 weeks. But I mean this is your fourth pregnancy so...

If you have been pregnant 4 times and still don't know what early movement feels like then I'm officially calling this MUD..... Unless you had anterior placenta with the other ones then.... Just maybe.
If this is legit then I'd use the search function and read the other 500 posts about this topic. Earliest I have ever had a patient tell me they felt flutters was 14 weeks and she had a posterior placenta.
I'm going to go with not the baby, especially if this is your 4th time at this and you aren't sure. At 12 weeks the baby just isn't strong enough to cause sensations that you can feel. I saw my baby moving some during my NT scan and the weirdest part of it was not feeling any sensations while they were clearly moving.
I didn't feel my son move until week 20, so if you're still in your first trimester it seems a little premature to be feeling "movement", but I'm not a Doctor so.....who knows.
I felt "things" that early on but I'm positive it was gas, maybe uterus stretching, or just other weird things from my insides. This is my third pregnancy but first one to go the distance and the movement I started feeling at around 17 weeks was WAY different than the early on stuff. Either way, you will feel something soon hopefully even if its not just yet.

Re: Feel baby moving
No one here could possibly know that...

at 12 weeks, I'm going to go with gas. but honestly, i have about as much of a clue as you do as to what you're feeling.
I'm just going to go with "fart," just because.
