The anatomy scans are as accurate as possible in order to allow for precise measuring. If your doctor is concerned about a certain measurement or finding, they will usually refer you to get a level 2 u/s. If the baby is uncooperative, you might have to go back to have measurements re-done.

Three lines means baby girl. An ultrasound at that point will show most major concerns. I actually haven't had an ultrasound since 19 weeks because everything looked good then and I haven't had any other complications. I hope your baby is/remains healthy!

that's really weird that they wouldn't tell you the sex at 22 weeks, but still hinted at 3 lines.. hmm.
