And WTF self? What was I thinking making homemade play-dough with my girls today? They played with it for a glorious hour, but now I have to clean the crumbly, flour-y mess off my counters and floors. I need a maid . . .

WTF people who have horrible time management skills. If you knew about an event that you would have to take-lead on, why would you wait until the day of to say anything and get all passive aggressive about people trying to get ahold of you while you are at work to find out the details?

Maybe I need to get my hands on some play-dough and simmer down a bit. Lol!

Wtf step sister, ask me yesterday if I planned on having a baby shower, and then when I say no, she goes "well would you mind hosting one for me? Since this one is a girl and I only have boy stuff" (even though I know she is getting a bunch of stuff from my other siblings as they already told me they are splitting their girl stuff between us and that SIL knows this). Like I am not due to have twins about the time she should be having her shower.
I told her no, now just waiting to hear from my brother.

WTF husband it has literally taken you weeks to finish painting the nursery, and now you only do it because your brother is coming to stay with us and we need the nursery stuff out of the guest room.

On that note WTF brother in law like I didn't have enough to do you ask to stay over with your wife for a long weekend so now I have to clean the whole damn house. Ugh. Thank you for the advanced notice.

WTF MIL who all of the sudden decided we are celebrating Christmas tonight at 6:30. Umm... It's 3:30 right now and she JUST text DH to tell him we're celebrating tonight instead of tomorrow. I'm sure it's because I work the next few days, but I chose my profession knowing full well holidays and weekends are a given. I don't mind missing holidays. IMHO working a holiday is way more fun and laid back than a typical day. I feel bad for my SIL, as it's her bday today and now will be overshadowed by Christmas. Oh well, I do get baby cuddles with my newborn nephew since I can now attend.

Wtf dh. I have been walking around for half an hour now, making myself light headed sniffing things, trying to figure out what I'm smellin and where it is coming from. Finally sat down to give it a break, covered up with a blanket that I leave folded on the back of the couch. And then I realized that the smell is coming from the blanket. That dh had been covered in old gasoline yesterday from working on a dirt bike. He apparently covered up with the blanket while ds and I were napping, and then proceeded to eat a half a bag of cheese puffs. So the smell is a combo of old gas, cheese puffs, and a little Axe (body scent). Just washed the blanket 2 days ago and it reaks.

WTF horrible cold?! knocking me on my butt the week before Christmas, & still going strong.

also, WTF mother & MIL.. my mother has decided she "isnt doing Christmas this year", & might be taking my little brother out of town from the 24th-28th. & now my MIL is throwing a hissy fit because my SO warned her i might not be there Christmas Eve because i was expecting to have to help my mom with last minute baking/wrapping (like i do every year). now suddenly we've ruined Christmas for her & she doesn't want us over at all.. ugh -.-

Wtf teething toddler with pukey 4 year old. Kind of relieved I worked all day but tonight was stressful. And got no help at bedtime since dh was working to fix a Damn after market alarm on his truck. Not his fault but everything came together at once and right now I'm seriously wondering how I can handle 3 kids.

WTF antibiotics!?! I've been feeling weak and tired, forgot to take my meds today and I felt great until I remembered and took them. 30 mins later I'm weak and tired again!! I don't want to feel like this on Christmas. Considering forgetting one dose so that I'm semi-conscious.

WTF lice. I treated my own head and combed out a few little bugs and some nits. Treated my toddler's head even though I didn't really see anything in her hair, but I think there might have been a nit or two. Then my long-haired 5 year old was ground zero, my skin is crawling just thinking about how many creepy crawlers were in her hair. Some were still moving when I combed them out, GROSS PUKE.

Combed through her hair for at least an hour, but there are still a lot of damn near microscopic nits in there and I have no idea how I'm going to get them all out. Too achy and exhausted to keep combing, so we called it a night and I guess I'll have to get back to combing in the morning.

Did 4 loads of laundry and sprayed the couch and all cushions and pillows. Vacuumed at least 4 times. More to do tomorrow. Merry freaking Christmas.

Wtf dh. Yes, I know it is Thursday now, but I need to vent. He went to work, on Christmas eve when he is off, cause he wanted to pick up oil for a dirt bike he has been working on all week for his dad (his dad bought it and didn't know how to fix it so Dh is doing it). He knows I have to run some errands before everything closes. He has been gone 2 hours, and just sent me a text. "Be home in a while. Someone brought in bbq and I am eating here". Grr, what about your pregnant, always hungry, wife? Or your growing 2 year old son? And guess what, he spent a 100$ on his dad's present, we managed to find the present for ds that I wanted to get him, and I got dh presents the other night and wrapped them, but apparently he doesn't have the time or money to pick something up for me. Maybe I am being greedy, but he is eating with his buddies while I clean and prepare sweets for his dads christmas tomorrow while watching ds, and he can spend 100$ for his dad, but not 2$ for a card or even sit down and make one for me.
Just want him to show that he thought of me while preparing for the holidays. Was feeling pretty happy and excited for the holidays till now. Stupid text messages, he would have gotten an ear full if he had called.

A little late... But WTF THIS WEEK! My man and I are house sitting for the grandparents and of course the septic tank would overflow into the basement bathroom. Had someone come pump the tank, flooded again. Shit everywhere. Literally. Shit. AND THEN... Grandma's 15 yr old cat decided to pass away while they are gone. Guess who found her? I was hysterical, thanks to hormones. To top the week off... I spent hours in labor and delivery last night due to blood in my urine. Thankfully we aren't having a baby quite yet, but still... This week had best be getting better.

@red3ye Oh hell no!! You're nice. I would've called him and let him have it. It's not even about how much they spend, it really is just the thought. Knowing that you're important enough for him to stop and acknowledge you. I feel like no matter how great of a DH you may have, every now and then they forget to show you they care and they need a reality check. **hugs**
