sperm grants for cancer patients?

Hello out there. My husband and I learned 2 years ago that he has azosperm. But it's ok. We had 2 years to cry, think, and regroup and now we are starting our IUI journey today! We didn't know how expensive donor sperm can be but we found out today and ouch. We are definitely on the lower income side of things but we can't let go of our dream of having a family. Does anyone know of any grants or companies that offer assistance for cancer survivors in this area? Thank you!

    Sorry that you are going through this.  I dont know where you are but I have heard that some states offer grants, maybe your clinic might have more information. Good Luck!

    I know this thread is old and the original poster may have found all of the information she was looking for but in case someone else comes across it... My husband is a childhood cancer survivor and we are attempting to get pregnant using IUI and donor sperm. Our health insurance covers it because it is medically necessary due to his health history/diagnosis. I hope this is helpful to someone. Best of luck.
