Baby's first tamales

So, I am normally not a huge tamale person, but my assistant brought some to the office today, and I've got to say, they make the perfect snack for someone having to eat every two hours to keep the pukey feeling down. Had to tell someone, and thought ya'll would appreciate.

If you have a Trader Joes in your area, they carry some delicious green chile and sweet corn tamales in the refrigerated section. Pop them in the microwave for a minute and they are ready!
