I've done my research on what to pack in the hospital bag and pretty much already have my bag ready to go. I know for me i'll need toiletries and a robe, but what about a going home outfit? Will I still be wearing maternity clothes at that point? If so, I don't have an outfit that I'm not wearing to put in there. What are you packing for your going home outfit? Please forgive the silly question.

Re: silly hospital bag question
As far as things that need to be packed but you still use, what I did was to put a sticky note on top of my hospital bag for last minute items (like my flip flops which I didn't want to pack away, and sweat shirt I was still wearing before going to the hospital). I ended up being induced so I had plenty of time to pack before going to the hospital, but in case I went into labor, I kept the bag with the note on top in our bedroom, and instructed my husband as to what those items are, so that he knew to pack them if he had to bring the bag to the hospital without me.

To be honest, I am planning a homebirth so I hope not to need this hospital bag. However, I have the darn thing packed because if I end up needing it I don't want my husband to attempt picking out anything.
