We're both into Star Wars. My toddler calls Chewbacca "Chickubah." We have a Star Wars quilt for our son my aunt made him, and some bibs, and my sister made a Star Wars crib sheet.
We're also doing a Star Wars nursery! Just found a small throw rug with Star Wars characters on it in clearance at Meijer. My husband just ordered the raw materials to create a Star Wars themed mobile. And he printed out a ton of those Winnie-the-Pooh/Star Wars mash up pics that we're going to frame and hang. Can't wait til it's all done
But as of yet not doing anything else. DH and I had Princess Leia and Han Solo action figures as our wedding cake toppers, but... yeah. I'm assuming everyone reading this has seen the Force Awakens, but just in case not, let's just say their child's action figure will not be gracing baby's room.
edit: aaand I didn't realize this thread was from December...
I'm a huuuuge Star Wars nerd, but my husband really isn't so I wasn't allowed to do the nursery in a Star Wars theme, but I have a feeling our little guy will have plenty of exposure. Fortunately my siblings all love it just as much as me; we used to play Star Wars when we were little. I saw a pin on Pinterest of a bunch of different newborn pictures with a Star Wars theme that I love, so I'm going to have to start in on hubby soon and see if I can get him to cooperate haha!
We had a muppets themed nursery for DS, but now that we put him in his new "big boy" room, DH has gone a little Star Wars crazy. His bedding is Star Wars, he sleeps with a Yoda and R2D2 stuffed animal every night, he has a 4ft Storm Trooper and we just got him an R2D2 humidifier from Kohls rather than buying a new humidifier for the new baby. His boots and winter hat are also R2D2
