Boy name poll

Hi. DH won't discuss names until we find out what we are having, so I'm staring to build a list. We have a Charlotte already. I knew it was gaining in popularity but didn't imagine it would get so popular. I'm looking for something out of the top 50. What do you think of these? Our last name starts with a K.

    Charlotte is a lovely and classic name. The only names on your list that are similar are Jonathan or Grant. I voted Jonathan because it's less common at the moment. Grant has seen a surge in popularity recently, but is still a great choice.

    Garrett is nice but has the same end sound as Charlotte, so I wouldn't pair them in a sib set.

    Connor is not my style at all. 

    Sawyer is a trendy mess. I would never consider this name, especially if I had given my daughter a classic name such as Charlotte.

    I voted Grant. It was our runner up name. Love it and it pairs perfectly with Charlotte. I really like Connor and Garrett too, but don't think either pairs as well with Charlotte (2 C names or 2 similar endings).

    Voted grant. Love several of your names though. I'd stay away from Connor with 2 hard k's. Also hard to decide-how many syllables are in your last name?

    Thanks for the feedback. I love Connor but felt the same way about two hard K sounds (DH does love Claire for a girl which will take some convincing to break). Our last name is 2 syllables... Similar to Kinley.

    Sawyer was MH's favorite to name our boy. He was strongly considering that one for awhile.
