No clue I have no momma intuition. For my DD I was convinced she was a he so no clue. I don't care what it is my husband is wishing for a boy but would also love another girl.
No idea. With dd1 I had so many vivid dreams that I was having a boy I convinced myself (we didn't find out the sex before delivery) and we ended up with a she Nothing yet that leans me one way or another
With DS, all the old wives tales plus the Chinese Gender Chart said girl. I also "just knew." Imagine my surprise when we found out at our A/S he was a boy. Since then I've given up on trying to figure it out or putting any stock in "mother's intuition." It's a 50/50 shot either way. We will be finding out at 10 weeks via genetic testing since I'm AMA.
I just have a feeling it'll be a girl, Chinese gender chart says girl too. I always wanted boys as I was raised with four brothers. My husband is from a family of all boys too so we reckon girl. Not going to find out though, looking forward to the surprise! I know everyone says it but once it's healthy I'm happy whatever the outcome:)
In the dreams I've had of having a child it's always been a girl. However, that hasn't really swayed me to be convinced of that. I really have no idea and I don't really have a preference either way.

I was certain I was having a boy with my first. I ended up in tears at our reveal party when we found out we were having a girl. With this one I don't have a preference.
With DS I KNEW it was a boy. I don't know why but it was never a question in my mind. This time around, I don't know either way. I am hoping for a girl. Gender chart says boy though so who knows.
My mom called me over the weekend stating she had a dream and she was absolutely sure it's a girl. Lol. I'm pretty sure she said that with my DD too but who knows! This pregnancy so far feels a lot like my first, but I'm willing to admit that I truly have no idea if it's a girl or a boy and I'm anxious to find out!!

I have a strong feeling that this one is a girl. I had an overwhelming feeling after my last loss that it was a boy (it was too early to find out, so I'll never know) and that our next baby would be a girl. While I'd love another girl, I just want a take-home baby.
With DS1 I assumed girl because I had 7 nieces and 1 nephew, girls just ran in the family (yes I know it's based on the man, just assumed I wouldn't be lucky enough to have a boy). DS2 I had instant mothers intuition the minute the stick turned positive. I was certain he was a boy. As weird as it sounds, I'm kinda hope this is a boy too, im pretty good at being a boy mom by now . But my "gut" has me leaning toward girl. We won't know until delivery this time tho, team green!
I'm clueless... Every one of my pregnancies (this is my 3rd) have been completely different. I didn't try to guess with DS1, with DS2 I thought he was a girl. We will be finding out in a few weeks because of some genetic testing we are getting done. Boys in my opinion are easier but it would be awesome to have a mini me.
With my first, DH and I both "knew" it was a boy, and we were right. We also only had a boy's name picked out, so it worked out well. We are both planners so we needed to know the sex. I also feel like it helped me bond with him better since I could think of him as a little boy, KWIM?
For this one, I don't have a strong feeling either way but I am leaning toward girl based on when I ovulated and when we had DTD. Have you guys heard of the gender planning thing? I'm sure I won't explain it very well, but the idea is that male sperm are faster swimmers but also die faster, and female sperm are slower but they live longer inside the woman. So if you had a couple days between DTD and ovulation, it's more likely to be a girl. This actually has been scientifically proven (I read about it in Taking Charge of Your Fertility). The Chinese gender chart also says girl for this one.
I really don't mind either way. I think there are things I'd appreciate about either one. DH wants a girl this time.
@tisunge602 sorry, the Shettles Method has been proved false by multiple studies (like this one). Like the Chinese gender chart, the success rate is about 50/50.
@lalalorelai Hmmm, interesting. The study you linked to is dated 1995, though, and Shettles' book came out in 2006. I wonder why Toni Weschler opted to keep it in the 2015 edition of her book (TCOYF) if it really has been disproven. Thanks for the info!
ETA: I had to go pull out TCOYF to see what Weschler actually says about it. "While various studies have shown the Shettles method to be quite successful, I must emphasize that its overall effectiveness is still widely disputed in the medical community." Oh well. Still kind of interesting!
I very strongly feel like this baby is a boy. (But would LOVE a second daughter). Many symptoms of pregnancy are super different from my pregnancy with dd. I had horrible acne with her and gorgeous hair. With this one, clear skin but losing my hair.
I have no clue, I really don't feel one way more then another. My DH believes it will be another girl. I swore DD1 was a boy so I am just not thinking about it. We went out to dinner the other night and I opened my fortune cookie at the end and it said "BOY". So crazy. We will see! We are hoping boy, but whatever we are blessed with is wonderful of course

I am starting to think boy. I remember with my first, knowing I was having a girl around 12 weeks. I just woke up and new. I feel like a boy is so not going to happen, but my body seems to tell me its a boy.
My "gut" feeling says boy and I looked at the Chinese chart for fun and it also said boy. Boy or girl, as long as we have a healthy baby we will be happy. We already have 2 girls and a boy at home.
I feel like maybe this one is a girl. I have completely different symptoms than with my DS. I have M/S, food aversions, and had none of this with my son. My husband also thinks girl, but you just never know.
My gut feeling is boy. DH says his gut feeling is twins, one of each. (this may be wishful thinking on his part. I want to be one and done, since we are both older, but he wants two. I promised we'll talk about it after the first one gets here)
According to the gender chart - boy. According to diet and position - girl. So I think we're back to 50/50.
I think girl. That might be because we already have two boys and both are wanting a little girl around! So not sure if my feelings are interfering with that guess! I knew my first DS was a boy the moment I got a positive test. My second I wasn't as sure but leaned more towards boy. The only symptom I have is being extremely tired. I was folding laundry in my upstairs hall and fell asleep right there. ( I actually just woke up from a mid day cat nap) I guess my face is breaking out a little more than normal as well. Either way we are extremely excited!!
I go back and forth. And I'm not sure if I ovulated the very end of November or the very beginning of December, so Chinese gender calendar is no help! I feel different this pregnancy but that may just be because I am not resting as much since I have a 2 year old to chase around!!

With #1 I was so sure it was a boy. I was WRONG! This time I'm just gonna roll with it. I have no clue. My DH is convinced girl but he wants another girl. So he is biased. I try to remind him it may he a boy, and not to get his hopes up!
This pregnancy is a lot like when I was pregnant with my daughter, and I'm hoping it's a girl. The first week after I found out, I just knew it was a girl. But then I started having doubts and thinking it's going to be a boy. But that might be because there has not been a girl from the men on my husband's side in 60 something years. So we'll see. My husband is already convinced it's a boy. Either way, we're praying for a healthy baby and that's all that really matters. A girl would just be fun to have again since my daughter is now 10, and my son is my hubby's only bio child, and it would be the first girl in a long long time in his family!
