I'm 36 weeks and 2 days, I've been having bad back pain, and cramps that come and go. Wendsay I was dilated to about 2 1/2 centimeters. Should I call my doctor?

Sounds a bit like contractions. Start timing them.

Yup start timing. There are apps that you can keep track of them. If you have to start breathing through them, I would definitely call.
