SO and I are struggling with breakfast most days because I don't want to eat anything so ladies...share what you think is good for breakfast. Candy is fine even! Whatever sounds good literally! I'm losing weight at this point so my Endo said I can eat what I like.

SO knew how much I've been wanting pizza, so he got up and made pizza for breakfast. Sausage, pepperoni, red/green/yellow bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms. He even made the dough. That sucker was almost 3 inches thick! Amazing!
Normally, I have a green monster smoothie (spinach, strawberries, pineapple, greek yogurt, etc.), except Tues/Wed when it's bacon and eggs.

Weekends I like to do something more involved like waffles, pancakes, french toast or homemade baked gf donuts coated in cinnamon and sugar (I can't eat any commercial ones because I have celiac disease so this is a big treat for me!)
I've been making quiche about once a week as well. We use them for two meals and are super easy. I usually make it the night before after DS goes to bed and then we reheat it for 10 to 15 minutes in the oven in the morning. Lately I've been doing ham, swiss, caramelized onion and spinach in the quiche but sometimes I'll throw in peppers, bacon, broccoli (pretty much whatever random veg/protein is in left in the fridge).
I have to eat tiny meals or I get sick/heartburn/nausea. This usually means I am ravenous by morning and often eat half a granola bar while I'm preparing the actual breakfast.
