Shooting pain in chest through nipples

I tried searching but only found this symptom from early pregnancy. Last night I had the worst chest pain and it radiated through to my nipples. It was a sharp shooting pain lasting hours, even after taking Tylenol. I had chest pain earlier in pregnancy and had to wear a heart monitor but got the all clear from the cardiologist. I do have large breasts (that seem to be ginormous now)but have been wearing sportive bras. The only thing that seemed to help was applying pressure to my breasts. I did start leaking a small amount last week. Does anyone have any experience with this? Any advice for relief?

    Sounds like what it feels like to let down. Did you leak during or after? If it radiated into your breasts then I probably wouldn't assume heart-related and would lean more toward breast-change-related. It may be worth a call to your doc just to inform him, but I'm assuming he won't be alarmed.

    I experienced the same pain when I tired from walking but I loose my bra and took tylenol extra strength that always help. I experienced this pain more often In this pregnancy.

    I had shooting pains in my breast but they were in the breast part not in my chest under my breasts. I tried warm compresses.

    I get that sometime too. I also have large breasts.. But I also have breast implants and have this type of nerve pain without being pregnant. However, I bet the swelling of milk ducts at this stage of pregnancy could compress nerves, etc, causing major boob pain.

    I have larger breasts too and have been having ridiculous amount of pain that starts in my nipples and then tends to radiate through the entire breast..but I didn't have any other chest pain with this. I've noticed this happens pretty much every time I'm cold. And obviously warming up helps, but so does applying pressure.
