Yep as long as you're used to it. My son is 21 months and weighs 32lb and Im still lifting him and carrying him all other the place. I have no intention of stopping.
As long as you aren't high risk you should be able to do anything you did prior to pregnancy while you are pregnant. You body is already used to it so it shouldn't affect you.
Yup. My son is over 35 pounds. I still carry him around. Your OB will let you know if they think you need to back off at all. Like for example, my OB had me back off of lifting heavy things when I was spotting. Once it stopped, I could go back to doing whatever.
I know with my back issues (prior injury- sensitive back), it acts up when I carry my daughter for too long but my OB said it's totally safe- just might get less comfortable as I get bigger.

I agree if you're not considered high risk, and you haven't had any bleeding or spotting... Then yes, you should be able to continue carrying your little one!
My advice, listen to your body! If you lift your little one and you get sharp pains or you experience any bleeding or spotting... Then stop or limit it until you see your doctor and get checked out that there's no tear in the placenta. Be safe!
I asked my doctor about picking up and carryng my 30 lb dog (this LO is my first) because she was paralyzed last spring from a ruptured disc. She's healed now after surgery, but she can't do stairs or jump so she needs some help around the house now. Doctor totally ok'd it and said listen to my body. If it hurts, don't. I've had no problems.
