18 weeks today. I was at work lastnight when I started feeling very dizzy and light headed I also started shaking and got a headache. I felt very weak especially when I stood up. What is this? Should I be worried?

Could be a number of things. Dehydration is probably the cause though. Make sure to drink plenty of water (at least half your body weight in ounces) and rest when you need to. If it becomes an issue, I'd talk to your OB/MW.

Could be vasovagal with hypotension. I had low BP and vasovagal syncope for most of my pregnancy. Be aware of these symptoms and lie on your left side as soon as possible. Or you could faint. I only completely fainted once because it typically takes awhile to get to that point and you're aware of your symptoms long before that.
I had a dizzy spell, and my midwife was definitely concerned. She said to call immediately if it happened again. Luckily, it didn't. I would definitely call your provider! And make sure you are drinking lots of water and eating well, as it could be dehydration or low blood sugar. But better to be safe than sorry!
Talk to your doctor. Sounds like you could benefit from more water and stay away from sugar and caffeine. Also eat healthy and meals that contain protein. Dizzy spells are something you need to immediately call your doctor about. Alot of the time (I'm a RN worked L&D now ER) from my experience is dizzy spells are a huge indicator of diet and dehydration. It could be medical too but more common its because of diet.
Re: Is this normal?
Or pregnancy related anemia.
