I have a cold and I wasn't planning on taking anything because I read it isn't good to pass to LO and it might affect my supply. But I'm sitting at work feeling pretty bad and I don't have any time left to take off after having a baby in July.
Is there anything that's safe to take?

You definitely want to avoid pseudoephedrine, which can affect your supply.
