I noticed that there are a lot more ladies experiencing MS today, and I am riding the struggle bus hard this week. I thought oatmeal was helping with the nausea, but today I couldn't even get through a bowl without having to throw up. I saw in another post where a clementine in the afternoon has been helpful, and I started wondering if there are any foods that are working right now to help with the barfies.
Rainbow sherbert and Wendy's chocolate Frosty have been amazing for me- a few bits of those seem to really settle me stomach down (anymore than that and I get queasy from the sugar lol)!
Re: Any special foods that are helping with nausea?
.... actually. Luckily enough... my prenatal. It's a shake mix, and that first thing in the am seems to help. I'll take it, since that is the one thing I HAVE to eat right now.
And drinking water seems to help.
Also. I love frostys, but we don't have Wendy's around here...
I know that wasn't a helpful story, but it can serve as a cautionary warning that a little slushie is good, but too much and you'll regret it lol!
