back pain on the right side normal?

I'm 9 weeks and 3 days and I've been having lower back pain all day today is that bad I've had a mmc at 7 weeks could this be a sign? Or am I just over reacting

    Sorry for your previous loss. Pains throughout pregnancy are common, if you're very concerned then you should call your doctor.

    Back pain all day everyday. It is normal.

    I can't Tell If it's related to a mmc, but I can tell you the days my constipation is the worst, I get back pain too. It can also be related to the progesterone that relax the muscles and ligaments making you more prone to soreness! You can use a heating pad or Tylenol and it doesn't hurt to call the nurse at your OB office if you are worried :)
