Cori is apparently the most "legit" feminine form, but I think it makes a poor given name for adulthood and sounds very dated. Maybe Corinna/Corinne nn Cori? It will give her more options when she gets older and isn’t an 80's flashback.
I know 2 ladies named Kori, spelled this way--both are in their early 40's. One told me that if she had been a boy, her parents still would have used the name Cory, spelled this way.

This is actually my name, and my parents chose to spell it Korie (totally made up I know) but growing up I was glad for the K spelling becaus it made it different from all of the boys with the Corey spelling. Just for a personal perspective!
