Our AS isn't scheduled until after Jan 1. At an early ultrasound, the tech said it looked like a girl. At my last appointment with my OB, he said he clearly saw what it was and told me that he'd wrap it in a present and give it to me if I promised not to open it until Christmas. I agreed, so confirmation is sitting wrapped under our tree right now. I'll vote next Friday!
I'm so intrigued how this ends up lol so far I have 2 boys, the most popular gender of their birth months and years (at least where I'm from)...I'm so curious if this baby will follow suit! Voted for anatomy scan, but we won't open our envelope until new years eve! I'm so excited!
I guess I am SS because we wanted to find out at the scan, we had a scan, and the baby didn't cooperate. Maybe change SS to we want to know but weren't able to find out? We know we are on team having a baby but other than that are not team green, team blue, team pink, or team purple.
At my last appointment, the doctor had to do a quick u/s because I had worked out too hard and had some minor light bleeding for a few hours. While checking, she used the pronoun 'he' but wouldn't say a word when we asked to clarify if that meant we're having a boy. Thankfully, our 20 week a/s is next Wednesday! Can't wait to know for sure!
Eeeek - we might find out in about 5 hours. I am really getting nervous - never realised how much I wanted to know!! Hold thumbs doc is willing to say and that baby lies right please!
I'm team blue as well. We found out really early, but we have another ultrasound monday. I'm sure it will still be a boy because my son was super proud of his little boy parts...spread eagle every ultrasound.
Go team blue! Just had the sonogram today. Baby was happy to reveal his gender (cornirmed within first 5 min), but didn't want to move his head out of my pelvis.
It took over a half hour alone for the tech to see baby's brain (and several thumps, two trips to bathroom, and three vaginal scans). We get to have another sonogram during third trimester so they can check out baby's face. My boy is stubborn!
LO didn't cooperate yesterday (i wouldn't have either since our technician took 2 hours to do our scan and we still had to come back for more pictures). DH got to see the face via a 3d scan and we did get some good pictures but today LO showed us proudly that we are Team Blue!
We're not finding out what we're having until baby is born. I'm an ultrasound tech and could find out any day but I'm just happy baby is healthy and growing.
Re: Do you know what you're having?
Ahhhhh you beat me to it!
Did you know it is possible to have a cat?
