  I'd call the Pedi. Most things aren't safe for a baby that young.

  Try a natural remedy, maybe something like a baby lotion with aloe in.

  There is a list of natural remedies on here that i've tried too, some with success, vinegar or toothpaste have been the most effective so long as there is no open sore.
