Pumping/Nursing

Hello everyone my little one is 8 weeks. I have been exclusively pumping the whole 8 weeks but after I developed a blocked duct my supply decreased. I have been taking mothers milk tea and fenugreek pills. Yes I drink about 12 water bottles a day so I'm hydrated. I just have a question... How much do you pump a session? Is there a normal pumping amount?

    My LO is 12 weeks old and I've been exclusively pumping the whole time. I pump every 4 hours and I get at least 5oz every time. I'm not sure what a 'normal' amount is, but I've always had enough for him.

    I pump at work, I get 5 oz total every 3.5 hours

    I don't think there is a normal. I pump most of the time and give bottles. I pump anywhere from 4-10oz at a time. Normal for me is 7oz, and that's pumping 4x a day and nursing once. I pump on the way to work, at lunch, on my way home, and in the middle of the night.

    This is the same for me! My lo is 8 weeks and I exclusively pump. I got a clogged duct last week and my supply from that breast has decreased too. I pump every 3-5 hours and am still able to get between 4-6 oz total as my other breast seems to have picked up the slack. I get like 4 oz from one and less than 2 from the other.
