    Roadwork!!! There is major roadwork on the only road to get to DS Pre-School and we literally sat in one lane non moving traffic this morning for over 15 minutes! We were already running late, but still early enough I would be on time to work.  But NO I ended up being 25 minutes late for work by the time I got her dropped off and across town to work.

    @chelthorn Ugghh, roadwork sucks. Here in Minnesota we call summer "construction season" because that's the only time they can do the roadwork before it gets too cold and the snow starts to fly. Luckily, we have about 3-4 more months before we see the orange cones go back up.

    My twatwaffle today is household chores. Why can't you just do yourself?

    My twatwaffles are everyone who lives here and doesn't know how to drive in the snow. Yes, there are 5 inches on the ground and it's still snowing. But if you live in Wyoming (or any other state that gets massive amounts of snow more months out of the year than not) then you should know how to drive in it. And don't even get me started on people that drive tiny little rear wheel sports cars..... Are you freaking kidding me? You are not only going to wreck yourself in this weather but likely other people as well..... Sheesh!

    Christmas shopping.  I haven't done any.  Its been an exhausting few months with travel, work, H's new business, our dog's surgery, etc.  I think everyone is getting gift cards, which makes me sad but I don't know what else to do.

    Today's Twatwaffle is my sister. Who is greatly offended that our parents are going to the Book of Mormon this week. My sister converted from Judaism to Mormonism about 3 years ago, our parents still don't know, and she has very little sense of humor about things. So she is convinced that the play just straight up, 100% makes fun of her religion.... And she felt the need to CALL me and bitch about it at 6:15am.

    @mkemommy I'm with you on this. I was supposed to go shopping on Sunday but I did absolutely nothing all day but lay in bed and watch tv. It was so nice at the time but now i'm trying to figure out when i'm going to get my shopping done. Thankfully I decided to hit the order button last week on the items I was thinking of getting from Amazon. That's all I have so far and it' not even half. 

    My twatwaffle is the person that rear-ended my car last night. Thankfully no one was hurt it's just a pain now to have to go through insurance and get my car fixed. Thankfully it's not much damage mostly cosmetic and still driveable. But Ugh for the hassle!!!

    I'm the twatwaffle today. I need to call my grandma and tell her we're expecting. I told my dad I would let her know before our announcements arrive. Buuuuut I know it's going to end up being a two hour phone call. I don't want to have to sit outside (my house is a black hole for phone calls) for that long. ::selfishwhine::

    @mkemommy with you on the Christmas shopping, too.... Ugh! It is SO not the most wonderful time of the year. Most expensive time of the year maybe.

    I am the twatwaffle today.  My SO's mother said some horrible things about me over the weekend.  I told him I wanted to know what she said and now I am just holding it against him.  She is being a total bitch about this pregnancy and even suggested at one point I have an abortion.  She is a real piece of work.  Now, I am upset with him when he didn't do anything.  I told him to tell me and now I can't let it go.  I need to just get over myself....sigh!

    I had a dream a few weeks ago that my husband cheated on me with an old, old woman too. I woke up so angry the next morning and had to remind myself it was just a dream. I told him about it after he woke up and he also thought it was hysterical.

    DH is my twatwaffle today. He refuses to put gas in the tank of either of our cars until he has about 10 miles to empty. It drives me nuts! Especially when I'm already running late, it's cold as hell outside and I have to put gas in that is way too expensive because I'm not trying to push to make it to work with 12 miles left in my tank.

    I can 100% relate. Sometimes I have to talk myself down in the morning from being mad at him. He didn't even do anything...so irrational and rational at the same time. Haha

    A lot of cell companies will give you a free cell booster. My DH works from home and our house is a dead zone too, he called his provider, said he needed service for work, and they gave him a signal booster free of charge. Perfect reception now!



    My twatwaffle is SIL. We do a secret Santa each year and this year DH got his secret Santa gift from her in addition to something from each member of their family and each pet. I know I'm just all overly urgh due to pregnancy and the fact that we have this built up friction since she decided to repeatedly tell me why she's better than me and used to try to compete for DHs time and attention before he put a stop to it.

    I've never gotten mad at DH for dreams, but he gets all sorts of worked up over his dreams about me!  Apparently Dream Me is a tramp.  He gets all withdrawn and upset for a few hours and I have to pull out of him that he's trying to remind himself that it was a dream.  It's happened like 3 times since we've been together.  Luckily, I dream about dinosaurs (like, a lot... damn Jurassic Park), so he's off the hook.

    My twatwaffle today is whoever decided that Cinnamon bagels needed raisins!  Or really whoever decided to ruin ALL snacks with raisins.  Trail mix?  In it for the banana chips and M&Ms.  Bagels?  In it for the cream cheese and cinnamon.  Any bread?  In it for the pure deliciousness of bread.  Muffins?  You get my point.  I was like a child and picked the raisins out of my lunchtime bagel.  Not thrilled.

    My neighbors got one (we both have Verizon) and it didn't make any difference, but maybe if it's in our house it will. I'm so sick of spotty 3G and dropped calls. Thanks!!

    Your SIL sounds like a peach. An insecure peach... That would be really obnoxious, pregnancy hormones or not!

    Today, I'm the twatwaffle. I just realized that open season closed yesterday and I forgot to add DD to our dental insurance. The best I can do is pay out of pocket or add her after the baby is born. Ugh!

    @hockeyfan42 do you connect to your neighbors wifi to use their booster? Ours is connected to our internet to boost the signal, but I'm not sure if all signal boosters work this way. If the internet goes down, so does the connection, but that rarely happens.

    @CopperLane  no, I don't connect to their wifi, but I can see the icon comes up over my signal bars when their booster is on. They said it didn't make much difference for them. We live at the bottom of a hill, but not in the middle of nowhere. In any case, I'm due for a new phone soon, so I can whine at the Verizon people!

    My sister is the twatwaffle. She asked us what named we were planning on for this baby. I told her Eric David for a boy and Sophia Noelle for a girl. She asked "so why does THIS one get a normal name???" (My other two kids have completely normal names and she made fun of both and tried to get me to change them.) She then said I should name this baby Mariska if its a girl. I smiled and said no, then she wanted me to name the baby after her. She seriously makes me want to slam my head into a wall sometimes.

    I am my own twatwaffle today. My grandma decided to do a "make it or bake it" Christmas get together with our extended family this year. My brilliant self thought it would be a great idea to just make little microwave rice heating pads for everyone since we are pretty much all adults. I have to have them done by Saturday and just started filling them tonight. I went through 20 pounds of rice tonight and only finished half of them. My inexpensive easy idea has officially turned me into the crazy lady buying 40 pounds of rice in a week and hurrying to get these stupid things done before Saturday.

    My FIL!!! Omg he refuses to buy a new vehicle and thinks it's awful that we have vehicle payments and have new vehicles and lectures us on it every time we see him. Well he asks us like once a month to borrow a vehicle because his aren't reliable. Which drives me nuts!! If he couldn't afford one fine but he's just a tight ass and puts us down for having them I don't feel he should borrow them so my husband only lets him take his truck! Well now other then us and the in laws my husbands family lives about 2 hours away and we're going down for Christmas. And of course they want to ride with us which I wouldn't mind but we want to spend the whole weekend with my husbands grandparents. But my FIL farms he needs to be back and is making us fee like crap about not wanting to ride with them! Ugh

    Snapfish is waffles full of twat.  I ordered Christmas cards through them, selected pickup at my local Walgreens and got the confirmation email from Snapfish that they were ready for pick up.  I go to pick them up and Walgreens tells me they never received the order.  Worst part, I could not find a customer service phone number to Snapfish for the life of me.  Only online instant messaging (with a queue of more than 150 people ahead of me mind you) and email submission.  Still no response to the three emails I sent.  MAJOR twatwaffles.

    Twatwaffle of the day goes to the lady who showered before me at the gym and left her hair everywhere. Gross. It was the only stall available or I would have switched. She also left her shampoo/conditioner and body wash. I was hoping that she would come back for them so I could tell her off for not cleaning up, but she never did.

    Just got tickets to Book of Mormon in June and soooo pumped. Will be like 37 weeks pregnant but am so excited to see the show, I don't even care (right now)

    I'm pretty sure you can make changes on the plans (like adding dental) until 1-31. Won't be effective until 2-1 though. I would check it out. That's what they told me when I called this week.
