Christmas Announcement?

Is anyone telling their families on Christmas morning? We are hoping to do this and wondering if there was a cute way to tell them. We will be with H's family first then mine a few hours later. (Telling immediate family only hence why Christmas morning works so well!). H wants to have them open something, while I was ok with just sort of announcing it as a part of "Merry Chistmas Morning".
