I have had awful cramps at night and when I wake up from naps. Anyone else have this problem? Everytime I get them I am so scared I lost the baby.
Cramping during pregnancy is normal. As long as you're not having bright red blood, an excessive amount of blood, or painful cramping, I wouldn't worry. Chances are you may be a little dehydrated. Drink some water and relax.
And I seem to already have that round ligament pain already IF that's possible!! & it's especially bad when I wake up! Cramping IS normal, I personally had it at just before 4 weeks exactly and I'm just 4 weeks 5days now and it's subsided a lot. Mine has always returned around 6-7 weeks as the baby is stretching the uterus etc. my dr said its normal.
I have had a lot of lower abdominal / pelvic pain at night to. 7 weeks today For me it ends up being GI issues, cramping, bloating, gas all that fun stuff. between healthier diet changes and prenatal vitamins the likely hood for GI issues it high. And dont' forget everything is growing quickly a little and sometimes even a lot of pain is par for the course.
