I've had it, but not while pregnant, It took a month to go away, I had no other symptoms but the spots. They say sunshine is supposed to help but I find that funny cuz I got it while spending a week on the beach!!! I have no residuals and my understanding at the time is that it's a pretty b9, not contagious virus (there may be more info on it now I had it like 12-15 years ago) would certainly ask your doctor
Thanks ladies! I've spoken with my doctor and they just have me taking Benadryl right now and putting hydrocortisone on to see if it gets better. Hopefully it will!
DH actually has this right now actually and his doctor essentially just has him doing what you are. They said it can take some time to go away, but that it's a pretty harmless, mostly just irritating thing to deal with.
I had it a few years ago but not while pregnant. I think it took 4-6 weeks to go away but I can't remember any symptoms other than the spots everywhere. I didn't take anything for it, it just went away on its own.
Had it about two years ago... It was horrid. (Imagine a black girl like me going to the tanning salon-- but it worked). I no see little spots during pregnancy. I doubt its a big deal, but doc knows best!
