Just found out I'm pregnant, scared...(losses mentioned)

Ladies,
Just found out yesterday I'm pg. I'm 12dpo, had my bhcg done yesterday and will go back on Monday to check again to make sure it's increasing.. After having two miscarriages and complications from them, and a huge struggle to get pg again, (and on going issues with my lining) now that I am pg, I'm a nervous wreck.. I'm analyzing every cramp I feel, praying it's normal and not a miscarriage again... Anyone in the same boat as me? If so what have you been feeling? I feel twinges and like random sharp pains.. No bleeding or anything.. Hoping for some feedback.. Thanks!

I had two losses and things are going well so far in my third pregnancy. I'm 6w6d. I thought I was going to lose it at 4 weeks and again at 5 weeks, so I completely understand your fears. The first time, I thought it would be a chemical pregnancy because my breasts didn't get sore by 13dpo like before, my other symptoms went away and my temp dropped halfway to the cover line. My symptoms returned and breasts got sore, but then I had painful cramps, cervical pinching/pressure and my temp dropped again. (I had those same symptoms before my second loss.) I've had 2 u/s since then, and hcg testing and everything is great. I can't promise either of us that we'll make it to 40 weeks, but I hope my story lets you know that cramps, twinges and pains could be nothing. All the analyzing in the world won't tell you what is going to happen. Try to relax and time will tell. I know that is easier said than done. I wish you luck!

Oh, and the u/s tech said my ovary was enlarged from the cyst that produces progesterone until the placenta takes over. She said that would cause pain.

Thank you so much for your feedback.. I'm Sorry for your losses.. Good luck to you! I'm going to try and stay positive and relax but it's just so hard.. In the back of my mind, I keep thinking something's gonna go wrong.. Time will tell I guess

In the meantime, I'm going to assume the pressure, pinching, twinge, crampiness is normal..

I'm so sorry for your losses. Like you said, time will tell. I hate the waiting game with a passion. This is my 6th pregnancy (3 losses) but with all of them I had sharp pains in the beginning. Especially if I would stand up too quickly after sitting for awhile. For me that's normal. I hope your hcg comes back nice and high!!

Congratulations! My doctor told me that twinges and sharp pains are fine, just not period like or diarrhea like cramps. I felt a lot of twinges, especially near my ovaries, early on.

Thank u so much ladies! It helps to hear if anyone else had similar feelings! Rkrichey, I feel that too, like if I first stand up, feels like pulling or just that somethings going on in my pelvic region after sitting for a while.. Gotta hope/pray for the best.

I'm in the same boat! I'm 5w4d and am a bit of a nervous wreck. I totally freak out when I get cramps and then freak out when I feel nothing. Have had two early losses before (never made it past week 7) and am just so worried I'll lose this one. I'm trying my best to just take one day at a time.

Me too Jilligan. Exactly, I freak out with Cramps, but freak out without them.. This is beyond difficult.. Same here.. I keep saying to myself today everything is OK, don't think about tomorrow, just be focused on today..easier said than done..
