Anyone else sick? I'm just gonna put it out there but between morning sickness, sore breasts, a headache, stuffy nose, ear ache and a terrible two toddler I'm a giant mess. Anyone else?
Who wants to complain with me?
And why is it that every time I get sick my husband is out of town?

Re: Sick while pregnant
I've had sinus gunk for a few days now and feel terrible in addition to complete exhaustion. I cried in the kitchen on Friday night with something to the effect of "I can't afford or stand to feel like this forever - I hate being pregnant and I'm never doing this again."
I have been increasingly queasy by the day since about 4 days before testing positive, and while I haven't thrown up, it's miserable. No puking yet, but I'm doing frequent meals, PSI bands, ginger tea, and my husband thinks I'm nuts!
And, have had diarrhea every morning for the last 1.5 days, and have lost about 3 lbs. I was taking One a Day Prenatal and tried taking it midday was significant food in my body for the day, have been eating a super basic diet and drinking a ton of water, but no change. I switched to the Rainbow Light prenatal a yesterday, but still diarrhea this morning. Hoping the change will help, but feeling miserable in the meantime!
I'm normally a pretty active person, with a full time job and run a couple miles every other day, but these days, a walk through the grocery store is exhausting.
So yes, feeling like I have the flu and counting down to the second trimester. Am going to call the doctor tomorrow morning and ask about trying the B6 approach, because the 24/7 nausea is getting a little old here already. And, Christmas is coming up... I'd prefer not to be a bucket of misery!!
So, you're not alone!

Chop up and pound a big chunk of raw ginger to get the oils flowing, then boil it in water on the stovetop. Once it's all infused in the water pour into a mug and squeeze a whole lemon into it, add a squirt of honey and drink it all fairly quickly - let it cool a bit though so you don't hurt your mouth.
I hate to see other people sick but I'm glad I'm not the only one feeling like a complete mess.
We ventured out to Target last night thinking it would be good to get out of the house. Within five minutes I already knew it was a bad idea. Whining for goldfish, not enough toys in the car, shoes and socks off the minute I buckled him in... ugh. Pregnancy is rough... but being sick and having other kids... Not fun!
Thanks Ladies!
