When they say, baby will come when he/she is ready. What I mistook for peeing my pants first thing this morning at 7:30, and gradually as the day went on, (wasn't a lot of fluid, and I only ever noticed when I stood up to walk to the bathroom) was actually my water. On call Doc said to come in and get checked. Sure enough, it was amniotic fluid. Thought I was 34 w, but baby is measuring at 36 weeks and projected to be 6lbs 1oz already. I'm nervous/scared for what's to come, but I can't wait to hold my little guy in my arms and have him here! Waiting on pitocin in a few hours to jump start labor.
In the meantime I can't sleep a minute if I tried, so I figured I'd hop on here and kill some time. Hoping my next update will be in the announcement thread.

What started out promising has slowed down now. It looks like unless I naturally get going by some miracle of God, they are going to give me some medicine to thin out my cervix (late this evening) and start round 2 of pitocin tomorrow AM around 6 or so. By mid morning, things should be rocking and rolling. Should...being the key word. Thanks again for all of the well wishes! Baby and I are doing well and feeling good. He's moving around in there and keeping up with his minimum 3 hiccup bouts a day.
