Hi all - I have PCOS and a low milk supply. For the past 4 weeks, I have been pumping only to see how milk I was actually producing. Come to find out I am only producing less than 1 oz per pumping session. I have been drinking water and just started eating oatmeal. I was wondering if anyone out there was PCOS had the same issue and found a way to increase the supply?

PCOS can cause a low supply, and supplementing may be the answer, but getting checked out by an LC will help rule out those other factors.
