Hi everyone, I just came over from the TTC board and wanted to introduce myself. I'm 30, DH 32 and we just got confirmation by blood work that we are expecting our first. It's still very early and I'm worried because I've already been hospitalized since finding out this discovery. Saturday night I developed intense lower abdominal pain like I've never felt before. Went to the ED and after tons of pelvic exams and US I was diagnosed with a corpus leutum cycst rupture which caused some bleeding internally. I had to stay over night so they could monitor my hgb and vitals. All was well so I was sent home with pain meds and I will follow up again with the dr on Monday. I'm worried that this will cause a miscarriage because the corpus leutum produces the progesterone needed for the pregnancy until the placenta takes over, atleast this what I've read. I've also read that it won't affect it at all. Has anyone had any experience with this?
Edited for spelling.
