Stabbing pains in stomach???

I'm 19 weeks 3 days pregnant. A couple days ago I started having sharp pains from my public bone to my belly button. It has now moved to my lower right side. It's really random and feels like something is stabbing me. Also I used my heartbeat monitor and it seriously hurt if I barely pushed on my belly with it on my right side. It doesn't feel like round ligament pain cuz I've been having round ligament pain for probably 2 months. What could it be? I'm starting to get worried.
