I'm pretty sure I'm starting to get a cold with a sore throat and all. And exclusively breast-feeding and I'm wondering if it's OK to take things like NyQuil or DayQuil while breast-feeding?

From everything I've read it seems it is fine but there is some caution that it may have an impact on milk supply.

When I am starting to get sick I drink echinacea tea with honey and lemon and it helps a ton! I'm not breastfeeding but I'd imagine you could drink that??
