Middle name for Emily...Alice or Louise????

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting here and am looking for some feedback on the name we are considering for baby number 3. DS is James Bennett, Benny for short (JBH are both my husband and father-in-laws initials and we wanted to keep the tradition going and my husband also goes by his middle name Brian), DD1 is Adeline Ruth (Adeline because we loved the name and Ruth for a favorite aunt) and now we are thinking either Emily Alice or Emily Louise for DD2. Alice was my grandmother's name and we would pronounce it the German way so it sounds like Alyse. Louise is not a family name, but I just like it and really like the potential nicknames Emily Lou, Lou, or Lou-Lou. So what do you think Emily Alice (pronounced Alyse) or Emily Louise....or maybe a different middle name suggestion?

I vote Louise because Alice prounced like Alyse is going to cause confusion (IMO) with spelling vs pronunciation unless you actually spell it Alyse.

I like family names as middle names, plus your other children have a family name as their middle as well... would be nice if they all did, IMO.

I don't like Emily Lou or any Lou or Lulu nicknames. It's trite.

Emily Louise. I agree it doesn't flow great (and I don't think Alice does either).. But c'mon, how can you pass up the adorable NN potential of Emmy Lou?!
