So before posting my question - I know our LO's are still little and their naps and night time sleep is all over the place and don't fit into a "routine" persay.
My DD is 10 weeks today and this week I finally felt like I had some sort of idea of her Napping pattern and nighttime pattern. However right when I thought I had it down - she was all over the place today and last night!. I write down with pen and paper the time and length of her naps and feeds so I can maybe get some sort of lose idea.
She takes 1-2 short 45 mins naps in the morning, a solid 2 hour nap midday, and 2-3 short 45 mins naps in the evenings followed by bath and bedtime at 830. She wakes up twice overnight until 8am.
Lately I struggle to keep her awake in between naps because she cries and fusses so much and doesn't wanna play to talk at all. She actually has been skippin her feeds too! Her night time sleep is all over the place too.
I know could be growth spurt but does anyone know of any apps which help track baby sleep patterns???
She is formula fed and I'm going back to work and wish I had some sort of routine with her ....
Re: How to track baby sleep
The patterns you mention sound pretty normal for that age (see below link) so the fussing may just be a growth spurt.

Hoping things fall into place soon and this is just a growth spurt ... Is that the same thing as a wonder week?
