Best new beauty product? NBR

Hi ladies, I just wanted to pick your collective internet brains for an idea for a gift exchange.  Limit is ten dollars but I don't mind going over.  I would really love any suggestions on great new makeup or beauty products you have found.  It's an exchange for a group of my girl friends and I would love to gift something useful and self-pampering...thoughts?

    I personally love the Sephora color reveal lip balm.  Even if I wear no other makeup, I will throw this on.  It adjusts to your pH to create a custom pink shade that looks different on different people.  It gives your lips color without the thick feeling of lipstick, and it comes off clear (on coffee mugs, glasses, etc.).  It's about $12-13 at Sephora.  You could probably even thrown in a jar of nail polish or something to go with it and make it look like more than just a tube of lip balm.

    It's way over your limit but the YSL Volupte Tint-in-Oil is seriously the best thing ive ever used on my lips. It's better than a chapstick, looks like a lip gloss and lasts quite a while.

    I stopped wearing makeup in first tri but this stuff still gets used for sure

    Mini emergency kits at Sephora. It's a little bag with a cute print and it has everything you need like mints, needle and threads, tampon.

    Also Sephora has some items in their travel section that are usually around 10-15$ it's in front of their registers.
