Hello!
First of all, omg we are having a baby!!!!!!!! My doctor had recently referred me to an infertility specialist since my hubby and I had been TTC for a year. We had only been through a bunch of blood tests and were waiting for my period to come to have some tests to confirm if I had PCOS or not. Low and behold, I got a BFP! Seriously, we are on cloud nine right now.
Anyway, I called my regular OB/GYN who had me schedule an appointment for when they estimate I am at 10 weeks. I can't believe I have to wait that long to see our little baby! Patience though, right??
All the doctor's office said was take pre-natals (I already am) and if I get sick, call first before I take any meds. Got it! There's got to be more though. My mom had several miscarriages, so I obviously have that in the back of my mind. I know no booze, extremely limited caffeine, no sushi, deli meats, etc. Any advice on things I can do to keep our baby healthy and happy would be awesome! Can I still keep going to the gym?
So. Many. Questions. So. Excited!!!!!
We have predicted our due date for the beginning of August.
Re: FTP - Definitely have questions!!!
Yes, you can go to the gym. Just drink more water.
And grt yourself a pregnancy book. They will help with a lot.
